About

A three-hour class in a home kitchen: you shop for ingredients nearby, cook molokhia and mahshi, then eat together.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the camel stables, on Saqqara Road. Run by the same family since 1982, the team is used to welcoming visitors from all over the world and is happy to help in English and Arabic.
