Licensed Egyptologists lead small-group walks of the plateau, with timings planned around the heat and the crowds.

It is about a 12-minute walk from Nazlet El-Semman square, on Khafre Street. Run by the same family since 1992, the team is used to welcoming visitors from all over the world and is happy to help in English and Arabic.
